A brief introduction — my friend and I both work FIFO on 2:1 rosters. We are currently on different swings, with a possibility of aligning our schedules in the future. As a result, the property is often lightly occupied and generally very quiet.
We are responsible, clean, and reliable tenants with stable employment and income, and we have experience renting in Western Australia. We take pride in maintaining a home to a high standard and treating the property with care and respect.
We value a professional, well-balanced rental relationship where communication is clear and purposeful, and tenants are trusted to manage the property responsibly. We are independent, low-maintenance tenants who require minimal day-to-day involvement from the landlord.
