Hi! My name's Kate, I’m a 30-year-old student from Oregon, USA, currently doing a Master’s in Environmental Management and working part-time. I love an active, outdoorsy lifestyle — surfing, hiking, diving, Pilates, and photography — but I’m equally happy with quiet nights in and a calm home.

I’m easygoing, considerate, and really respectful of shared spaces. I’m naturally tidy and take pride in keeping things clean, but I’m not rigid or intense about it — just appreciate everyone doing their part. I’m not a partier and value a peaceful, comfortable place to unwind after busy days.
