Hi! My name’s Kate. I’m a 30-year-old female from Oregon in the US, currently doing a Master’s in Environmental Management and workin. I love an active, outdoorsy lifestyle like surfing, hiking, diving, Pilates, and photography, but I also really value quiet nights in and having a calm, comfortable home.

I’m easygoing, considerate, and very respectful of shared spaces. I’m naturally tidy and take pride in keeping things clean. I’m not a big partier and really appreciate a peaceful place to unwind after busy days.
