Hi everyone,

I’m 23, currently studying full-time and working part-time for the government in Mile End. I’m currently renting and have been renting for several years, with solid rental history.

I’m clean and respectful. I enjoy a chat and being social, but also respect people’s space and downtime when needed. In my spare time I enjoy watching and playing a variety of sports, meal prepping, and watching movies.

I have my own furniture if needed and also have a recent criminal history check for peace of mind.

Ideally, I’m looking for either:
• A whole place to rent, or
• A property with two rooms available so my housemate
