My current housemate and I are looking for a third guy to team up with and apply for a whole property together. We are both currently renting and our lease ends late January or early February, so we are planning a move around then, ideally close to the city or inner suburbs. We both have over four years of rental history, are full time uni students, and also work quite a bit, with stable income and references. We are looking for a proper long term setup.

We are 23 and 24, both male, laid back and into our sports. We keep a clean place, often meal prep during the week, and are keen to be social and get along well as a household, while also respecting each other’s space. We are looking for someone similar who is easygoing, reliable, and keen for a chill place to live.
