Hello, my name is Chen Xinyi, and I am a 27-year-old international student from China. I will be moving to Brisbane to begin my PhD in Creative Arts at Queensland University of Technology.

I am looking for a place close to QUT (Kelvin Grove campus) and am happy to commit to a 6-month or 12-month lease. If the room is suitable, I am able to pay rent in full upfront, and I can also provide proof of funds or a deposit certificate if required.

I am a quiet, tidy, and responsible tenant who takes good care of the space I live in. Most of my time will be spent reading, researching, or working on my PhD. In my free time, I enjoy painting, spending time with animals, and doing outdoor activities. I value a calm living environment and always respect shared spaces and the people I live with.
