Hi, I’m Corrine.
I’m a visual artist based in Brisbane and I’m currently looking for a quiet, lockable room or self-contained space to use primarily as a private art studio.

I won’t be living in the space full-time. I don’t host parties or clients, and I’m very respectful of shared areas. Most of my time there would be quiet, focused creative work. I value calm, privacy and clear boundaries.

I’m looking for a long-term arrangement, ideally with a live-out owner or a household that appreciates a peaceful environment. Natural light is important to me, and I’m happy to treat the space with care.

My budget is around $200 per week, and I’m flexible with location if the space feels right.
