Hi! I’m relocating from the UK to Perth for study/work and looking for a calm, comfortable place to live 😊

I’ve lived independently in a one-bedroom flat in Bristol for over three years, where I always paid rent, council tax, and utility bills on time, with no issues or disputes. I’m very used to managing bills and sharing responsibilities in a household.

I’m quiet, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I don’t smoke, don’t party, and usually keep a pretty regular routine. I really value a peaceful home environment and am considerate about noise and cleanliness.

I’m easy to get along with, communicate clearly, and happy to do my part to keep the place comfortable for everyone. I’m ideally looking for a longer-term stay, but I’m also flexible and open to chatting to see if we’re a good fit.
