My partner and I are looking for a private room in a shared house/apartment in Perth, ideally starting from late December/early January.
A bit about us:
I’m a mechanical engineer working full-time, and my wife is a data analyst currently job-hunting after our recent move. We’re a quiet, respectful, and clean couple. I lived in Wollongong (NSW) for 6 years before we relocated to Perth in September this year, and we’re returning from a trip to India on 30th December.
We’re easy-going, enjoy keeping common areas tidy, and are happy to contribute to a positive and friendly household. We don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and are looking for housemates who are likewise respectful and reliable.
Happy to provide references from previous landlords/flatmates if needed.
