Hi! I’m a Chinese Master’s student, currently studying at Monash University as an international exchange student, transferring from the Monash Malaysia 🇲🇾 campus to the Caulfield 🇦🇺 campus in Melbourne.

I’m looking for a place to rent from 1 February for 5–6 months, with a budget of up to $350 per week. Ideally, I’m seeking a private room with a private bathroom and access to a kitchen for cooking.

I’m a quiet, clean, and respectful person who doesn’t smoke or party. I spend most of my time studying, attending classes, or resting, and I value a peaceful and tidy living environment. I’m very used to independent living, always clean up after myself, especially in shared spaces, and I treat the property with care. I’m reliable with rent, easy to communicate with, and considerate of house rules and others’ privacy.

I’m currently outside Australia and expect to arrive in late January, so I would prefer online communication and virtual inspections at this stage, as I’m unable to attend in-person viewings yet. I’m happy to provide enrolment proof, visa details, and references if needed :)
