Hi there!
My name is Polly. I’m from China and currently living and studying in Sydney on a student visa.

I’m a clean, respectful, and easy-going person. I’m looking for a quiet and tidy place to live, and I’m hoping to move in around 13th January or later, ideally before 3rd February.

I’d love to have access to a kitchen to cook occasionally, and I’m totally fine with sharing a bathroom. I don’t smoke or drink, won’t bring people home casually, and I always keep shared areas clean and take good care of the place.

I’m looking for a minimum 6-month lease, as I don’t want to move around too often. If I really like the place, I’d be happy to stay for a year or longer.

My MBTI type is ENFJ, and I’m quite empathetic and easy to get along with. I’ve had several shared-housing experiences before and have always had a good relationship with my housemates.

In my free time, I enjoy badminton, swimming, cycling, photography, tennis, and on weekends I like going out shopping or exploring the city (yes, some very typical girl activities 😄).
If we get along well, I’d love to be friends—but I’m also perfectly happy just being respectful, comfortable housemates.

Anyway, I hope we can create some nice memories here.
