Hi, I’m Jade 😊
I’m currently studying nursing and actively looking for a part-time role. I’m a single person and this will be my first time living in a shared home, so I’m a little hesitant but genuinely keen to find the right fit.

I’m respectful, tidy, and value a calm, comfortable living environment. I’m a social drinker and I do smoke, however I only ever smoke outside and am very mindful of shared spaces. I don’t currently have pets, but I’d love to adopt a cat in the future (with everyone’s agreement).

I’ve recently left a long-term relationship and am looking for somewhere that truly feels like home rather than just a room. I have excellent rental history and have always paid rent and bills on time.

Ideally, I’d love to live with someone friendly and considerate.
Ideal for me would be a place where we respect each other’s space but could also eventually share a chat or a meal and feel comfortable calling each other friends.
