Hi!

I’m a 3D artist & Graphic Designer. Moved to Beveridge, VIC from the Gold Coast in August for a 12 week scholarship course, now the course is complete & the lease will be ending in March and I’m looking to move closer into the city for wider work opportunities in my field.

I’m a very neat / clean person and would prefer a place without pets, however they’re not a deal breaker.
Majority of my time is spent behind the computer, I either work on client projects or my own Art - which I Stream to Twitch & YouTube, a strong internet connection is a MUST for me, or being open to upgrade current one.

I regularly exercise and occasionally go out for a live event / bar / restaurant. - not much of a party person.

The key traits I’m looking for in a place / flatmate are: Clean / Tidy, Kind, and treating each other with Respect and understanding.
