I'm a 19-year-old university student currently studying a Bachelor of Economics at Monash University. I am interested in becoming a potential tenant for your property.

I have been living independently in student accommodation for the past year, but now looking to move into a home with some lovely roommates.

Alongside my studies, I am currently working at Peter Alexander as well as at an açaí place. I balance work and university well and am reliable with rent and household responsibilities.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time in nature, going to concerts, exploring new food places, and going to the gym. I am a respectful tenant who values a clean and comfortable home environment and gets along well with others.
