I am a 29-year-old man based in the Illawarra region, making a slight career change from university research/teaching to high school teaching. To do so, I need to complete a bit of extra study and will do this up on the Gold Coast, which means a change of scenery too! Admittedly, surfing tends to consume a lot of my mental bandwidth. When I am not working or surfing, I keep things pretty basic: being in nature, some form of movement, socialising, or reading... I am clean, respectful and open-minded. I like my own space, but really value living arrangements where housemates gravitate to the shared spaces. I love seeing live music, but on the cusp of 30 y.o, I am not a big partier. I’ve had my time in the sun. I have old friends on the Gold Coast, and I am really excited to reconnect with them, but I would love to make new ones as well.
