I have been living independently in a one-bedroom apartment for the past two years and am now interested in exploring shared housing options. I have strong references from my current property manager. While I may be younger than some of the potential flatmates you are seeking, I have a lot of experience living independently, and I always pay my bills and rent on time. I am clean, tidy and considerate of others. Starting in March, I will be attending Griffith University as a student and currently work in the hospitality industry.
