Hello! I am a French-Australian teacher (I teach French and Music) and I just returned to Sydney after leaving in France for the past 3 years.
I am looking for a place to live preferably around Bellevue Hill, Bondi Junction, Waverley, Randwick, Edgecliff or anywhere with short access to a train line going to Bondi Junction. I am working part-time as a teacher in 2 private schools in the Eastern Suburbs and also studying for my Master of teaching. I have lots of experience living with others, I am clean, reliable, sociable. I love everything related to the Arts (I used to work as a musician), travelling, good food and wine! Not very sporty but I love watching Rugby union and football games.
I am looking for a place I could call home, where I can study from (doing my degree online), a quiet place when need be but where we can share some meals and socialise when we feel like it. I will be teaching 3-4 days per week and studying from home the rest of the week.

IMPORTANT: I am unfortunately allergic to pets so cannot live in a place with cats or dogs :(
