I'm a 37-year-old single guy who works full time in finance and enjoys the gym, spending time outdoors, sports, and catching up with mates. I prefer living in a house where I can unwind in a clean, respectful, and chilled environment. While I don't own pets or smoke, I do have a 2-year-old daughter that i have every 2nd weekend (sleeps in same room and is very well behaved for a 2 year old). Occasionally, I like to have a drink to relax, however not after a party house.
