I’m quiet and reserved, just looking for accommodation. Not interested in house shares or having roommates. Im looking for a one bedroom, one bathroom sort of setting where bills and WiFi are included in rent, has AC/Heating, somewhere close to a train station or bus route (where possible, that’s not too important though).

Im on a working holiday visa and I’m looking for long term/12 month agreement for accommodation as I’ll be in Perth for up to three years.
