I’m in my 40s and work full-time. I enjoy weekends spent outdoors, discovering new places, or unwinding at home with a good book. I live a low-key lifestyle and value my privacy and personal space, while also being friendly, respectful, and easy to live with.

I’m clean, considerate, and mindful of shared spaces, and I really value open communication and a calm, tidy home. I enjoy the occasional chat or shared meal, but I’m equally comfortable doing my own thing.

I’m a non-smoker, have no pets or children, and I’m looking for a place that feels like a genuine home, ideally for the longer term.
