🏡 Seeking a friendly house to call home - Around the 24th Aug +/- 2 months

Hey everyone!

I'm Clémentine, 31, from a small town in the South of France. I'll be moving to Brisbane around the 24th of August, for around 2 months.

I'm hoping to find a room somewhere close to the CBD without being right in it,Paddington, New Farm, West End, Fortitude Valley, or anywhere similar with good vibes and easy access to the city 💫
Budget is around $250-300/week, furnished or semi-furnished room.

I've lived in Europe, South America and Australia, and I've shared homes with all sorts of awesome people, including during my time in Melbourne. I speak English, French, and Spanish, and I'm a friendly, easygoing person who loves meeting new people.

I work a regular 9-5, but outside of that I used to take dance workshops and help out on series sets, and I'm keen to try a jewellery-making class while I'm there. Mostly just really looking forward to some sun and exploring QLD after a year and a half in Melbourne ☀️

I'm tidy, respectful, laid-back, and I love a good balance between socialising and having my own space. Happy to cook, share a meal or wine, or just hang out when the mood's right 🍕
