Hi! We are Denis and Valentina a friendly and respectful couple looking for a room with a private bathroom in Perth.
We’ve been living in Australia for almost a year and a half and are used to sharing homes respectfully. We are clean, quiet, and considerate of common spaces. We both work/study and spend most of our time outside the house, but we also enjoy a relaxed and peaceful home environment.
We are reliable with rent and bills, non-smokers, and happy to keep a good relationship with housemates. We’re looking for 3 to 6 months with possible extension.
