Hi everyone! I’m 23 and I’m looking for a room to rent. Preferably between Broadbeach to Burleigh 🙂

. I like the gym but also love playing most sports

. I work full time so with training as well I’m not in the house due in the day

. I’m very tidy, clean and very respectful

. I love a laugh and a good chat but also like my own space and can also respect peoples space

What I’m looking for:

. Move in date from the 24th January

. Ideally from Broadbeach to Burleigh but happy to adventure out a little bit if it’s the right place

. Between $250-$325 but a very max of $350

. Looking to make friends not just a random flat mate

. A nice looked after comfortable home.
