Hi! I’m Paige, 32, and I’m looking for a room in a relaxed, respectful share house, ideally close to uni.

I work from home in quality management and compliance, supporting a business with ISO 9001 standards. My work is mostly computer-based and quiet, so I’m very mindful of shared spaces and noise during the day.

Outside of work, I’m easygoing and grounded—I enjoy walks, cafés, creative projects, and keeping a calm, tidy home. I value open communication, mutual respect, and a peaceful living environment where everyone feels comfortable.

I will be studying full time from February beginning my Masters of Primary Education. A home that has peace and mutual respect and connection is ideal. I enjoy creativity but also order and very much value cleanliness. Animal welfare is close to my heart, and I enjoy a non-party lifestyle as a non-smoker/non-drinker with no pets or kids.

I’m reliable with rent and bills, house-proud, and would love to live with people who enjoy a friendly but balanced share house dynamic.

I have rented in the past but also successfully managed a mortgage with my own apartment in Nundah (now sold). I am looking to rent close to University in St Lucia. I am a happy person who enjoys life, a good cup of tea or coffee and reading a book or two if I’m not out and about on a walk through nature.
