Hello, I'm half argentinian and half french. I will be arriving around the 15th to Perth on a Working Holiday visa.

I am looking for a single room near the city centre. I plan to look for a job upon arrival and as I don’t have a car the location is important to me. Has to be max within 30 minutes by public transport to the city centre.

About me:
I'm a tidy and organised person who values a clean and quiet living space. In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, going for walks, or relaxing in my room.

What I'm looking for

(Cottesloe, Swanbourne, City Beach, Floreat, Fremantle, Perth CBD, East Perth, West Perth, Northbridge, Subiaco, Leederville, West Leederville, Highgate, Mount Lawley, Victoria Park, South Perth, Como, Nedlands)

Budget: $250~300 per week.
I would prefer a room that includes a desk, chair, and Wi-Fi and utilities included in the room rate.
