Hi! We are a reliable and easy-going couple from China, currently on a Working Holiday Visa (subclass 462) in Australia.

We are planning to move to Perth in 1/2/2026 and are looking for a comfortable, long-term place to call home.

About Us as Tenants

We are both full-time workers, non-smokers, quiet, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. We have experience living and working in Australia and understand the importance of keeping a home tidy and well-maintained.

• Used to keeping high hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Reliable, punctual, and financially stable
• Hold valid driver’s licenses
• Easy to communicate and get along with others

We enjoy a simple lifestyle and usually spend our time working, cooking, or resting. We don’t party and always respect house rules.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a long-term rental in Perth, preferably a private room (or studio), starting in 2026. We hope to find a peaceful home with friendly housemates or a considerate landlord.
