I'm a 34yo paediatric emergency doctor currently living with two flatmates in Chippendale. Originally from NZ, but have lived in Sydney for 7 years. Have lived in my current flat with various flatmates for those 7 years but unfortunately having to move out as the owners are selling. Have always had awesome flatmates and really good experiences living with others, and want to stay in the same/similar area. I have excellent knowledge of places to eat, cool places to swim and places to explore.

I love the area and want to stay in a similar area - have already found a few places I like the look of and keen to find like-minded people to team up with (my current flatmates are going to move in with their partners unfortunately). Open to moving in to an existing flat but I do have all my own furniture (couch, fridge, washer+dryer).

I like living with social flatmates who enjoy being active, exploring local restaurants etc but also value private time. I love swimming and try get in the ocean at least once a week.
