Hi, I’m Steph, 29, Northern Irish registered nurse working full time with permanent residency. I’m tidy, respectful and very easy to live with. I’ve lived in many share houses in UK and Aus and value a calm, comfortable home where everyone feels relaxed and respected.

I keep shared spaces clean, pay rent and bills on time and communicate openly. I’m social and friendly but also independent, so I’m happy doing my own thing after work. I enjoy keeping active, going to the gym, beach walks, and the occasional coffee or dinner out.

I’m not a party person and I’m mindful of noise, especially on workdays. I don’t smoke, I’m responsible and I treat the house like it’s my own.

I’m ideally looking for a long term place with like minded people who want a peaceful, clean home rather than just a place to sleep.
