Hey there! My name is Jake. I'm currently studying Game Design at RMIT, primarily focusing on the artsy side of it. I love cooking, music, and playing games, and am semi-introverted. I love having a chat, but I appreciate my own time as well. I am respectful of others' time and communal spaces and am pretty on top of ensuring there's a clean space around me. In the practical sense, I 'm 19 so I get that there could be concerns regarding reliable rent, however, my dad has been paying rent and writes a letter to guarantee that the rent is always paid on time. I am ready to move in basically anytime.
