I’m looking for a flatmate or a few, I’m pretty flexible. I am wanting to stay for between 3-12 months and to move in between June 14th and July 14th
I'm a 22-year-old guy who works and studies.
Often I will be gone early and back late. I prefer quiet afternoons, but depending on how you like your housemate I can be chatty and social or make it like I’m not there.
I'm a non-smoker with no pets or kids. My interests include hitting the gym, hiking, surfing, fishing, motorbike riding, and gaming. Some of these things I do now and some things I’m wanting to get into.
People have always said I seem very mature for my age and it’s true. I like my routine and don’t like stupid people. In saying that, I still do love having fun and can let loose, i am not trying to scare anyone off.
