I work as a cluster manager around the northern beaches, currently living in freshie but lived in manly for over 2 years before this.

I'm a 31-year-old female I currently live in the northern beaches and would ideally prefer to stay in the area. I have little preference on living situation, just looking for somewhere to call home when not working. Ideally a share house with the opportunity to make some friends and get to know more people but also open to studios. I’m very friendly and approachable, always up for a laugh, but happy to keep to myself if need be.

Looking for somewhere between $300-$450 can be flexible for the right place.

I’m a clean and tidy housemate, non-smoker. Adore animals so pets aren’t an issue. When I’m not working, I’ll be enjoying the outdoors and exploring as much as possible.
