Hi there!
My name is Jamie, and I’ve recently arrived from South Korea on a Working Holiday visa. I’m currently looking for a cozy and tidy place to stay for at least 2-3 months.
I’m a very responsible and considerate person. Back in Korea, I worked as a exhibition organizer and here I’m planning to work in exhibition center or cafe as a barista. I’m financially stable and prioritize paying rent and bills on time.
A bit about my lifestyle:
• Clean & Tidy: I’m very organized and always clean up after myself in shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom). I believe a clean home is a happy home!
• Respectful: I’m a non-smoker and don't have pets. I value others' privacy and personal space, and I’m definitely not a party person.
• Friendly: I’m easy-going and enjoy a good chat, but I also enjoy my quiet time to recharge.
