Sonia and Marta

Hi! We are Marta and Sonia, 32-year-old twin sisters from Spain. We are looking for accommodation for 6–12 months, as we are moving to Perth for work.

In terms of personality, we are quite similar: calm, easy-going, friendly, respectful, and reliable. We have previously lived in shared houses in Australia with people from different countries, so we understand the importance of respecting our flatmates, keeping the house clean and quiet, and creating a positive atmosphere where everyone feels at home.

We value our own privacy when needed, but at the same time we enjoy spending time with our flatmates at home and making outdoor plans together.

We lead a healthy lifestyle, are non-smokers, and while we are not strictly vegetarian, we are very conscious of animal welfare and environmental issues.

In our free time, we enjoy being outdoors in nature, such as going to the beach, hiking, running, or birdwatching.

We do not have pets, but we love animals, so living in a house with pets would not be a problem at all.
