I am a 19 year old non-smoker, non-drinker mostly busy with work or studies male, also an International student here on a visa. Looking for an accommodation in Ashfield or somewhere around the suburb. I am not looking for much big of a luxury, just a basic kitchen with working stove, sink and tap, storage compartment, a chimney and a microwave. And a basic bathroom setup and a washing machine. Fine with an unfurnished room, I have my own mattress and I am fine with just that for now. Looking for a long term stay.
