Im tidy and easygoing, keep to myself and respectful. Im able to get along with other tenants so that’s no problem. I work full time afternoon/night shift so I will be finishing late and I promise to be quiet when I get home. I’m a non smoker/drinker. I can do my share of household chores and keep a clean and tidy environment.

Living with males or females is no problem for me.

I’m looking for a place that’s reasonably priced as I’m moving out of home to gain some more freedom and independence.

I don’t have any pets but living with pets is no problem for me as I’m an animal lover.

An unfurnished room would be preferable as I have my own bed and desk but can easily sort out my stuff if it’s furnished.
