Hi! I'm Liv, 26, originally from Manchester in the UK and currently living in Sydney after spending the last year in Perth.

I work full-time in recruitment in the CBD. I'm pretty easy going and sociable. I like getting out and about, whether that's the beach, the gym, yoga, walks, travelling! I enjoy being social and I'm always up for the odd drink or doing something at the weekend, but I'm equally happy doing my own thing. I'd love to live with people who are friendly and enjoy hanging out from time to time, without it being a party house !

I am open to extending my budget for a one bedroom apartment or studio too.

I'm clean, tidy and respectful, always pay rent and bills on time, and like keeping shared spaces nice. As I’ve moved over from Perth, I'm looking for a furnished room as I'll only be bringing limited luggage.

I'm only looking for somewhere close enough to the beach ideally, but not further than Bronte! Bondi (not junction), Vaucluse, Rose Bay, Dover Heights, Tamarama. I've put 6 months on my profile, but I'm happy to chat about shorter or longer stays if it's the right fit.

Flexible move date, just need to give my current at least 2/3 weeks notice.
