Hi! I’m a Japanese university student coming to Melbourne for a short-term visiting research student. I’ll be commuting on weekdays.

I’m a non-smoker, and I’m looking for a strictly smoke-free home. Pets are okay, and I’m happy in a family-friendly home as well. I’m easy to live with, pay rent on time, and will take good care of the room.
I’m now staying in Melbourne but I have to go out during May and look for a private room with a budget of up to $360/week (depending on inclusions).
