My name is Ben. I currently live in Armidale, and I am planning to move to the Gold Coast. I am about to start studying an honours degree at the start of March, I also work a casual job at Coles a few times a week. I am a clean, tidy, respectful, and friendly person. I have over five years of excellent rental history from living in university residential colleges, and I am used to sharing communal spaces with others as well as respecting others space and privacy and I always keep my room and communal spaces I use clean.
