My name is Iago, I’m 21 years old and I’m moving to Perth in February. I’m a university student and I also work in hospitality, so I’m used to sharing a house with different people and keeping things organised.
I’m a clean, respectful and easy-going person. I like having a good atmosphere at home — friendly and relaxed — but I’m not into party houses. I’m usually busy with work and uni, and I really value a tidy and comfortable place to live.
I’m looking for a room for long-term stay and I’d love to find a place where everyone feels comfortable.
