We are a small family (husband, wife, and our 7-year-old daughter) relocating to Perth and looking for short-term accommodation for approximately 2 weeks while we search for a suitable long-term rental.

I will be commencing a full-time role with an established IT company in Perth, and we are looking for a comfortable place to stay while we settle into the area and attend rental inspections.

We are clean, quiet, non-smokers, family-oriented, and respectful of house rules. We value a peaceful living environment and take good care of the property.

We are ideally looking for accommodation with convenient access to public transport and reasonable access to Perth CBD. If the arrangement works well for both parties, we may also be interested in extending our stay.
