I’m 28 years old and British. I’m just about to move to Sydney to start a job at the Reserve Bank of Australia. I’m looking for a short-term sublet, ideally near Bondi/a beach, for around a month (mid/late Feb to mid/late March, exact dates can be flexible). My plan is to do a few short term rentals before figuring out where I want to base myself long term.

About me: I’m very respectful, super clean and tidy. My party days are well behind me so I won’t be making a racket. I would be keen to have a friendly and chill vibe with my housemates (tv, dinners, etc) though can also keep myself to myself. I love cooking, nature, hiking, and just generally being outdoors and keeping fit and healthy. I expect I’ll be working from home at least a couple days a week so would need a place that could accommodate that.
