• Location: South Fremantle, Fremantle, East Fremantle, Hamilton Hill, or nearby. Close enough to the action, but with a touch of tranquillity.
• Accommodation: A room or apartment with good energy and a homely feel.
• Stay Length: Minimum of 6 months.
• Move In: From January 2026.
• Budget: Flexible, around $250–$300 depending on what’s included.
Why I’d Make a Great Tenant/Housemate
• Respectful, easy going, and committed to keeping a clean, harmonious living space.
• Professional, reliable, and always on time with rent and bills, no surprises except maybe the occasional good joke.
• A lover of greenery. If you’ve got plants, I’ll happily help keep them thriving (or at least promise not to accidentally turn them into compost).
