Hi, I’m Tam
I work full time as a graphic designer and moved to the Sunshine Coast one year ago after spending two years driving around Australia in my converted camper van.
I enjoy yoga, meditation, hiking, photography and travel. I don’t smoke, no kids and I don’t have pets. I keep to myself, am quiet, very clean and reliable.
A studio/granny flat would be ideal as I don’t need much space. Would love to find a place that is $300-$350 per week (incl bills). I prefer direct bank transfer for rent as it is more convenient (there are limited ATMs around here).
I have all my own furniture, except a fridge and washer but I can purchase these if needed. Would love a place with a separate bed area (doesn’t need to be closed with a door), a kitchen with a cooktop, bench space and pantry storage and a wardrobe for clothes and extra storage would be great.
I have a small Toyota Corolla and a large Mercedes Sprinter van. I don’t require off-street parking but would love a place that I am able to park my van nearby the property.
I'm looking for a long-term tenancy - a place I can feel safe, secure and at home.
I’m currently renting and would have to give 2 weeks notice to move.
