Hey,

I’m 26 and work in finance, and I’m planning to move up from Melbourne for work in late Feb or early March (dates flexible). I’m looking for a room or share house in the eastern suburbs (Paddington, Surry Hills, Edgecliff, Double Bay etc), ideally close to the city.

Budget is up to ~$600 per week. I’ve lived in share houses for the past five years, am clean and respectful, and would like to be friends with my housemates. Outside of work, I enjoy swimming, catching up with friends, and getting to the beach.
