Hey. I'm Josh and looking for a room to call home...sorta.

I live in Margaret River, but my companies are Perth based, and I'm needed in Perth so much it's easier to have a consistent home vs hotels/AirBnBs. In that way, I'm sorta FIFO-esque, except I don't have a consistent swing.

Most of my time is spent managing my passion project; a medium-sized company providing disability services.

When I'm not working, I'm in Margs hanging with my dog, getting into nature walks, gym, surfing, skating, audiobooks and sunsets. I also like scuba diving and love hating that I'm so sh*t at golf.

I'm super clean (can't focus/relax in untidiness/clutter), love deep chats (understatement), and while I like socialising out, I recoup alone in my personal sanctuary.

Looking for a room:
▪️ Around East Perth,
▪️ or anywhere NOR near the coast
▪️ Super flexible with move in date and price
▪️ Medium term with good chance of extending (3-6months for now)
▪️ Car parking space would be handy
▪️ Likely 7/7 swing give or take a few days
▪️ If I could bring my dog Gracie, I know she'd love you
