Hi! My name is Hyomin, I’m 29 years old from South Korea 🇰🇷

I’m currently working FIFO casual shifts. During my swings, I’m usually away, so I'd be happy to discuss a fair rent arrangement based on occupancy during those periods :)

As my FIFO casual schedule isn’t fixed, I’m looking for a place with someone who is okay with this kind of arrangement.

I’m quiet, respectful, and I keep shared spaces clean, so there won’t be any issues with cleaning or noise. I also respect others’ personal space and don’t smoke. I have a cute dog 🐶 back in Korea, so I’m very comfortable around dogs and cats, and I know how to take good care of them.

I usually stay in my room most of the time, except when I’m eating🍰🍪🥗

As I’m on a Working Holiday Visa, I’m looking for a flexible place with no minimum stay and a 2-week notice period, but I would love to stay long-term if it works well for everyone. My move-in date is flexible 🙂

At the moment, I don’t have a car, but I’m planning to buy one soon, so I’d appreciate it if you could let me know whether parking is available.

Unfortunately, my English is still not very strong yet 🥲 However, I can understand if you speak slowly.
