I am looking for one (or two) lovely women in a existing house or people looking to team up with and find a rental together in Newcastle, preferably around Mereweather/Cooks Hill area but happy to go a bit further out.

A little about me: I’m a 31-year-old woman who loves baking sweet treats 🍰, caring for my many indoor/outdoor plants 🪴, reading, and keeping a calm, clean, and tidy home. I’m very house proud and value a peaceful, respectful living environment.

I love sunshine, beaches, and good coffee, and enjoy the occasional shared meal or chat, but I’m also quite independent and value quiet time and personal space.

I’ll be home a fair bit and am looking for housemates who are respectful, considerate, and comfortable with a low-drama, relaxed household.
I have a full house of furniture, including white goods (fridge, washer, dryer, tv) and a large 8 seater lounge.
