Hey, I’m Joel, 28, and I work full time for the government. I’m friendly, easygoing, and pretty relaxed at home. I enjoy having a chat or hanging out when it happens but I also respect everyone having their own space. During the week I’m usually balancing work and winding down at home.

I’m not home all the time as work keeps me busy and I’m often out on weekends, but I also work from home two days a week so I’m around enough to feel settled in the place. I like a clean and comfortable house and I’m good with pulling my weight. I enjoy cooking and am always happy to share basics or do the occasional group dinner. I’m easy to get along with, communicate well, and like living in a place where everyone feels comfortable.
