Hi there, I am a 31 year old guy studying his masters, working as a barista in the meantime. You will usually find me reading a book, drawing, painting, or playing videogames. Always up for a chill conversation and a cup of tea, or maybe some pizza time too.

In regards to living in Sydney, I always clean my dishes after using them, storing them back in their cabinets once they are dried. I always set up an alarm when using a washing machine and a dryer so the next person is able to use them when needed. I look after the communal spaces too, so I expect the same level of consideration from the rest of the flatmates.

I appreciate your messages, but my budget is only up to 300 per week including bills. I will be required a furnished private room with a bed and a desk. I am not willing to go southern than Wolli Creek/ Rockdale, or further west than Burwood.
