Hi there! I'm Conor, and I'm looking to find a friendly, comfortable house or flat share in Melbourne. I'm an Active, sporty, outdoors, tidy and social individual who values a balance between shared activities and personal space.
During the week, I will usually be at work in the day and then running, cycling and crossfit after work. I generally keep things quiet in the evenings as will be out doing some sport and then cooking a meal and relaxing.
On weekends, I enjoy exploring new places, hiking, doing sports or having a relaxed movie night in.
What I'm Like to Live With
I strongly believe that open communication and mutual respect are key to a great share house.
● Tidiness: I'm consistently very tidy/clean, organised but not obsessive, happy to stick to a cleaning roster. I always clean up my mess immediately and contribute fairly to shared spaces.
● Social Life: I'm social and happy to chat/cook together, also enjoy my downtime but enjoy a regular catch-up. I respect quiet hours.
● Communication: I'm easy-going and prefer to sort out any issues quickly and directly, rather than letting things fester.
● Cooking/Shared Meals: I enjoy shared dinners but not bothered if you prefer to keep to yourself.
What I'm Looking For
I'm hoping to find a place that feels like a home, not just a room.
● House Vibe: Ideally, a friendly, relaxed, and stable environment where housemates are considerate and happy to socialise occasionally (but not obligated to be best friends!).
● Housemates: Looking to live with people who are mid 20s to late 30s, working professionals or post-grads].
● The Room/House: Natural light and a decent amount of storage are always a bonus! I'm comfortable with pets.
● Essential Amenities: Reliable internet is a must, and I'm happy to help manage bills/utilities.
