Hi, I’m a 36-year-old single male looking for a quiet, long-term rental in a peaceful neighbourhood.

Ideally, I’m after a granny flat or 1-bedroom unit with no housemates, allowing for privacy and tranquility.

As a previous homeowner, I’ve recently experienced a change in family circumstances and am now seeking a stable place to call home.

I work from home full-time, so I’m around during the day but always keep things respectful and quiet—no parties, no smoking, and no excessive noise.

I’m courteous, tidy, very clean, and always take off my shoes indoors. I value a calm living environment.

I have a 4-year-old male Ragdoll cat who’s strictly indoor-only, desexed, microchipped, and fully house-trained. He’s extremely well-behaved, has never damaged furniture or property, and is a gentle companion who keeps to himself (but he does love cuddles and scratches).
