I’m a full-time Doctor of Dental Medicine student at UWA and also work part-time as a dental assistant. My weeks are fairly structured with uni, clinic and study, so I really value having a calm, comfortable home to come back to

I’m definitely still social - I love to share the occasional wine, cook dinner together or head out for a drink - but I also really value my own downtime and personal space, and I’m very respectful of others needing the same. I’m not looking for a party house, more a balanced, friendly and easygoing environment!

Cleanliness and tidiness are really important to me. I take pride in keeping shared spaces organised and well-maintained and appreciate living with people who feel the same

I’m reliable with rent and bills, non-smoker, have no pets
